Topless Beaches
Topless beaches are beaches you can visit where women can remove their tops, although clothing covering the genitals for both sexes is still required. A nude beach is slightly different from a topless beach in that it allows both males and females to be completely nude, not requiring them to cover their genital area. Both topless and nude beaches are quite popular all over the world and many have been in existence for years.
People visit topless beaches for different reasons. For some, it is simply a way of life. We are all born nude and many people find clothes restricting. While they can go around their house nude, they cannot go out in public topless unless they are visiting one of the topless or nude beaches. Some prefer to be able to get a natural tan without the lines that a bathing suit top creates.
Because many people are not comfortable with nudity, a topless beach is often segregated from the rest of the beach. More likely than not, there will be a sign at the topless beach informing people that this beach allows nudity. Most beaches that allow nudity adhere to the nudism philosophy of being family-friendly and non-sexual.
